TV Shows | my current faves
If you were to see me in my natural habitat, I would most likely be sat in front of the TV. As much as I love spending my time doing other things, binge watching TV shows (on Netflix mostly), has become a love of mine (as sad as that sounds). I thought, since I am such an expert, I would share my expertise on the best best best things to watch – in my opinion.
Most of the shows I have listed below can be found on Netflix, however for the most recent episodes of some you may have to venture elsewhere or wait a while for them to air again.
Okay, so I know I’m a bit late to this one, but honestly I’m OBSESSED. I can’t stop watching it. There aren’t enough hours in the day.
I was a bit unsure when my friends told me a few years ago to start watching Orphan Black. I think I started watching it sometime last year and I have been hooked ever since. Tatiana Maslany is incredible in the show and the whole concept behind the characters and their lives is so interesting. I am absolutely gutted that it has ended but it is definitely something to watch.
I think everyone under the sun has either heard of or already watched Riverdale. I love it. It was so mysteriously gripping from beginning to end that I just had to keep watching to see what would happen and I can’t wait to see what happens in season 2 when it comes out.
How to Get Away with Murder
Again, this is a show my friend got me to watch. Honestly, it’s brill. Somewhat unrealistic but brill. It’s very mysterious and dramatic and it is definitely something you would want to keep watching until the end to find out what the major event they have hinted at for the entire season is.
OKAY when I say I love Brooklyn Nine-Nine, what I really mean is I LOVE Brooklyn Nine-Nine. This show is fab. It’s funny and it never gets old and I could watch it forever. Honestly, it’s hilarious and a must-watch to everyone everywhere.
Again, I’m pretty sure everyone has seen or heard of Stranger Things. I watched it recently (a bit late, I know) but it was incredible. I love the 80s props and the setting and the darkness of it and I can already tell that season 2 is going to be just as good.
Jane the Virgin
This show is strange and fantastic all at the same time. It is one of the shows that I could, honestly, just watch over and over and never get bored. Gina Rodriguez is fab and it’s hilarious and dramatic and just all around a great show.
So, those are some of my top TV/Netflix recommendations. They are all fantastic and I think everyone everywhere should watch them and (hopefully) love them like I do.
